Before starting the sound healing, we will place crystals in a geometric formations using the principles of Sacred Geometry and frequency healing to allow the energy to flow through our Crown Chakra while we receive the sound healing. The crystals are included and yours to keep as your gift. A profound sound healing session with Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Indian flute, channeled toning and Reiki; a unique use of modalities only taught only to a select group of healers trained in Spain by her teacher Nubia, a Sufi healer. The sound healing session will lead you into wholeness and balance within and may help release physical, spiritual, and emotional blocks. Some of the music played developed out of the musical traditions between India, the middle east, and inspiration from vedic chanting. The crystals are included and yours to keep as a gift for coming to a healing. We will also do 5-10 minutes of journaling at the beginning to set the intention of healing. The focus of the crystal grid for May will be flowing growth and manifestation. During the journey you will be laying down, please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, blanket and pillows to lie down. Science and spirituality connect allowing crystals to electromagnetically impact the body and their environment. This Embodied Crystal Grid Healing event involves placing a crystal grid on and around the body to harness the power of sacred geometry and facilitate movement of energy, protection from certain forces, or attraction of specific qualities. The innate properties of crystals combined with intention and awareness will help you get the best results.

Join Jackie and Karin for a mini-retreat at Mindful Turtle designed to help you recalibrate and re-enter daily life feeling restored and renewed. The retreat will begin with brief journaling and intention-setting inspired by teachings from ancient texts of yoga. Jackie will guide you through use of mantra (recitation of phrases or chants), pranayama (breathing techniques), and a grounding slow-moderate asana practice (physical postures).
